Pricing built for teams, not billing departments

Yes, from Settings → Billing. Moving between Pro and Business takes effect immediately, whether you upgrade or downgrade, and the price difference is prorated. Moving down to Free cancels your paid subscription, so it is not renewed.

When the month's AI replies are used up, the AI stops replying and hands each new question to your team in the inbox, and the visitor is told your team will reply. The allowance resets every month, you can upgrade at any time, and there is never a charge for extra usage.

If you cancel a trial before day 15 you pay nothing: the $1 card check is refunded straight away. After that, our Terms make fees non-refundable except within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription; to ask for a refund in that window, email [email protected]. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.

No long-term contract. Pay monthly, or pay for the year up front and save about 20% (Pro $660 a year, Business $1,908 a year). You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs until the end of the period you have paid for.

Pick Pro or Business and add a card. To check the card we charge $1 and refund it straight away; prepaid cards are not accepted. For 14 days you have the plan you picked, with its monthly AI replies (1,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Business). Billing starts on day 15 unless you cancel before then in Settings → Billing: $69 a month for Pro or $199 for Business, or $660 or $1,908 for the year if you chose yearly billing. Each workspace can have one trial.

New accounts get 50 AI replies once, with no card. They are released when you verify your signup email and can be used for one month; unspent replies expire, and the allowance never renews. It is granted once per email address, so a second workspace, or a new one after you delete the first, does not get another 50. Pro includes 1,000 AI replies a month and Business 5,000, with no per-resolution charge.

Yes. The Free plan needs no card: manual live chat on your website for one person, up to 100 conversations a month. A new account also gets its one-time 50 AI replies for the first month; the AI answers from what you tell it about your business during setup. The Knowledge Base, the AI agent settings and analytics need Pro or Business, and the 14-day trial of those plans asks for a card.

Your help articles, yes: paste them in, or upload a PDF or Word export and let Write with AI draft articles for you to review (Pro and Business). Past conversations and saved replies cannot be imported. Questions about moving over? Email [email protected].

An AI reply is one message the AI agent sends to a customer. The AI tools your team uses in the inbox, such as rewriting a draft with AI or translating a message, use the same allowance. Messages your team writes themselves never count. Unused replies do not carry over to the next month.

Replyze is hosted in Germany, in Hetzner's ISO 27001-certified data centers. AI replies are generated by Anthropic in the USA, under our DPA. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), and backups, Shopify tokens and two-factor secrets are encrypted. Your data is never sold; we share it only with the sub-processors listed in our DPA.

You can export your contacts as a CSV on every plan and download any conversation's transcript from the inbox. You can delete conversations and contacts at any time, and both are deleted automatically 24 months after their last activity. To close your account, email [email protected]; as our DPA says, we then delete your personal data within 30 days.
