The short version

  1. 01

Tidio meters three things: conversations your team replies to (100 a month on Starter, 250 to 2,000 on Growth), Lyro AI conversations (from $32.50 a month for 50, billed yearly) and Flows visitors. Replyze Pro has no conversation cap and includes 1,000 AI replies a month in one price.

  2. 02

Billed yearly, Replyze Pro ($55) costs about the same as Tidio Starter plus the smallest Lyro tier ($24.17 + $32.50 = $56.67), and about $27 less than Growth plus Lyro ($81.67). Starter stops at 100 conversations a month.

  3. 03

Tidio includes up to 10 seats on Free, Starter and Growth. Replyze Pro includes 5 and Business 15, so for a team of 6 to 10, Tidio's seat allowance is the more generous one.

  4. 04

When Replyze's monthly AI replies run out, new chats go to your team instead of costing more. Tidio sells Lyro in larger monthly tiers, up to 1,000 conversations.

  5. 05

Hosting: Replyze runs in Germany; AI replies are generated by Anthropic (USA) under our DPA. Tidio's pricing page doesn't state a region.

Which one fits

Neither tool is right for everyone

When we'd point you to each one.

Choose Replyze if…

  • You want AI answers included in the plan rather than a separate meter.
  • Your team is up to 5 people (Pro) or 15 (Business).
  • You'd rather have chats go to your team than buy the next AI tier.
  • You want Telegram without moving to Tidio's Premium or Plus plans.

Choose Tidio if…

  • You need 6 to 10 seats on a small budget.
  • You rely on Flows automations such as cart prompts.
  • You want an established Shopify app today (Replyze's is still coming to the Shopify App Store).
  • You want a large integrations catalogue.

What it costs

The price difference, to scale

Both billed yearly. Above 100 conversations a month, Tidio needs Growth (from $49.17) plus Lyro (from $32.50 for 50 AI conversations): from $81.67, about $27 more than Replyze Pro. Below 100 a month, Tidio Starter plus Lyro ($56.67) costs about the same as Replyze Pro. For 6 to 10 people, Tidio Growth with Lyro starts lower than Replyze Business ($159 billed yearly for 15 seats and 5,000 AI replies).

What your visitors get

AI first, your team when it matters

  • Answers from your own help articles

The AI answers only from the articles you publish and the answers your team teaches it, in the visitor's language. When the answer isn't there, it says so instead of guessing.

  • A person when it matters

Visitors can tap “Talk to an agent” at any time, and topics your industry setup reserves for the team, such as refunds or complaints, go to a person. Your teammate sees the whole chat and replies in the same window.

  • Chat, email and messaging in one inbox

Web chat on every plan. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram on Pro and Business, with Messenger and Instagram in beta, all in one shared inbox.

FAQ

Questions about switching from Tidio

Not covered here? Ask in the chat on this page. It's the real Replyze widget: the AI answers from our own help articles, and you can ask for a person at any time.

For pre-sale questions you've written down (shipping, returns, sizing, product details), yes: the AI answers only from your articles and says when it doesn't know. It doesn't look up orders; with the retail industry setup it collects the order number and the checkout email and hands the chat to your team. Tidio has more store automation (Flows) and an established Shopify app. On Shopify, Replyze goes in with the snippet in theme.liquid today; the Replyze app is coming to the Shopify App Store.

Both answer from your own content in natural language. We haven't benchmarked Lyro, so we won't claim either is more accurate. Replyze's AI hands the chat to your team in the same inbox thread, with its answers included.

New chats go to your team, and the visitor is told someone will reply, or asked for an email when nobody's online. There's no overage charge; the allowance resets each month. Tidio sells Lyro in monthly tiers; its calculator shows the next tier's price.

There's no import for Tidio Flows. Replyze's AI answers the repeat questions without a decision tree; for cart prompts and similar automations, Tidio is stronger today.

Yes: 1 seat and 100 conversations a month, with replies written by you. New accounts also get 50 AI replies once, usable for a month. The AI agent is on Pro and Business, with a 14-day trial (card required; cancel before day 15 and pay nothing). Tidio's Free plan has 10 seats, 50 conversations a month and 50 Lyro conversations once.
