Sound familiar?

  • You're the founder, you're the support team, and you're also the everything-else team.
  • Enterprise support tools require a sales call before you can even see the price.
  • Free tiers of bigger tools have AI on a separate paid add-on, defeating the point.
  • When you hire your first support person, a per-seat tool's bill jumps with them.
  • You don't have the time or budget to set up a 'real' support operation, but you also can't keep doing it from your inbox.

The fix

How Replyze fixes it

Self-serve install, no sales call

Sign up, paste the snippet before </body>, add your help articles, and the AI starts answering. The entire 'sales cycle' is a signup form.

AI agent included on every paid plan

Not an add-on, not a separate billing line. Pro ($55/mo billed yearly, or $69 monthly) includes 1,000 AI replies a month; you don't pay per resolution.

No per-seat fees as you hire

Your first hire doesn't double the bill, and your fifth doesn't quintuple it: Pro includes 5 teammates. Past that, Business covers up to 15.

14-day trial of Pro or Business, card upfront, cancel anytime

Real test of the paid features for 14 days. A $1 card check is refunded straight away; cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. Stay, get billed normally. No 'enterprise pilot' contract.

Common questions

Not covered here? Ask in the chat on this page. It's the real Replyze widget: the AI answers right away, and our team picks up anything it can't.

Even pre-launch, an AI agent on your marketing site can answer interested visitors who would otherwise bounce with an unanswered question. For post-launch with real customers, it's table stakes.

Solo founders are the highest-leverage use case. The AI is your perpetually-available junior teammate: it answers the repeat questions while you're busy or asleep, and the chats that need you wait in one inbox.

Not yet: Slack alerts are on the way. Today, when the AI hands a chat over, your team gets an alert in the app, by email and by push notification, so you don't have to live in the Replyze tab.

Pro is $55/mo billed yearly ($69 monthly) for up to 5 teammates and 1,000 AI replies a month, which covers most early-stage teams. We don't have a 'startup discount program' because the regular pricing is already founder-friendly. If you genuinely can't afford Pro yet, the Free plan gives you 1 seat, 100 conversations a month and web chat with replies written by you (no AI agent).

Usually not. Install is a copy-paste snippet (two script tags) before </body>, and there are step-by-step guides for Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and other platforms. The AI is set up in plain settings: your help articles, an industry setup for tone and handoff topics, and your own instructions if you want them.

Let AI answer the questions you get every day

Teach it your answers, pick your colours and add it to your site. When a customer needs a person, your team takes over.
