How Replyze fixes it
6 changes, one setup
- 1Find the repeat questions
- 2Write each answer once
- 3Decide what always goes to a person
- 4Make asking for a person easy
- 5Teach it from real chats
- 6Review what it missed every week
Questions your articles cover get answered without waiting for your team.
Sound familiar?
- Conversation volume grows every quarter; the team doesn't.
- The same 20 questions take up most of the day.
- Every hire adds salary, onboarding and management time.
- On per-seat tools, every hire also raises the software bill.
- Nobody has time to write the help articles that would stop the repeats.
The fix
How Replyze fixes it
Find the repeat questions
Go through last month's chats and emails and list the 20 questions you answered most. Those are what an AI can take. Refunds, complaints, account changes and anything that needs judgement stay with people.
Write each answer once
One short article per question, in the words customers use. In Replyze, 'Write with AI' drafts articles from a PDF, Word, Markdown or text file you already have (up to 10 MB); you review the drafts and publish the ones you keep.
Decide what always goes to a person
Pick the topics the AI must hand over. Replyze's industry setups (21 sectors, 302 niches) start you with a list for your kind of business, such as complaints, refunds, order changes and emergencies.
Make asking for a person easy
Visitors can ask for a person or tap 'Talk to an agent' under any AI answer. The chat lands in your shared inbox with everything said so far, and your team gets an alert in the app, by email and by push notification.
Teach it from real chats
When an answer is wrong, a teammate gives it a thumbs down in the inbox and adds the right answer. The AI uses taught answers from then on.
Review what it missed every week
On Pro and Business, 'Unanswered questions' lists what visitors asked that your articles didn't cover, rebuilt every night, with a suggested article for each. Write the top three every week.
What to expect
What changes in the first weeks
Questions your articles cover get answered without waiting for your team.
Refunds, complaints and the other topics you choose still reach a person, with the conversation so far.
Each week's Unanswered questions list becomes your writing list (Pro and Business).
No per-seat fees: Pro includes 5 teammates, Business 15.

Common questions
Not covered here? Ask in the chat on this page. It's the real Replyze widget: the AI answers right away, and our team picks up anything it can't.
Automate what has one right answer you can write down: shipping, returns, opening hours and prices as published; how-to and setup steps from your docs; collecting details such as an order number, an email or the steps behind a bug report (with an industry setup); and out-of-hours replies. Keep with people: refunds, exceptions and goodwill gestures; complaints and anyone who asks for a person; account changes such as cancellations, plan changes or ownership; and anything urgent or safety-related, which industry setups hand to your team and flag as urgent.
Yes, the same plan works in either. Zendesk's plans include 5 to 10 automated resolutions per agent a month, then charge $1.50 each (committed) or $2.00 (pay as you go); Intercom's Fin AI agent costs from $0.99 per outcome, with minimum commitments (both from the vendors' pricing pages, checked 23 October 2026). Replyze is the alternative if you'd rather have AI replies included in the plan: 1,000 a month on Pro ($55/mo billed yearly, up to 5 teammates) or 5,000 on Business ($159/mo billed yearly, up to 15). A Replyze AI reply is one AI answer, not a resolved conversation, so compare against your own volume.
Five to ten well-written articles covering your top questions is enough to start. The AI gets more useful with every article you add, and 'Unanswered questions' (Pro and Business) shows which topics are missing, with a suggested article and a Write article button.
The AI doesn't try to be your senior product engineer. It handles the repetitive layer (pricing questions, basic how-tos, where-do-I-click questions), and complex product issues go to your team.
No. There is no model to pick or host. You write articles, choose an industry setup (tone and the topics that go to your team), and add your own instructions if you want.
Watch three figures in Analytics (Pro and Business): 'Handled by AI' (conversations the AI handled alone, with no handoff and no reply from your team), 'Handed to the team' with 'Why chats went to the team', and 'Team first reply'. If the share the AI handles keeps growing, the plan is working. If it levels off while 'Team first reply' keeps growing, the remaining work genuinely needs people, and that's the time to hire.
