Ecommerce live chat with AI: answers before checkout, your team after
The AI answers shipping, returns, sizing and product questions from the articles you write, in the shopper's language. Order questions, address changes and refunds go to your team with the order number and checkout email already asked for. Works on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and any store where you can add a script.

How Replyze fixes it
4 changes, one setup
- 1The AI answers what your articles cover
- 2Order questions reach your team with the details
- 3Refunds, address changes and complaints go to a person
- 4Chat, email and WhatsApp in one inbox

Sound familiar?
- The same shipping and returns questions, all day, every day.
- 'Where's my order?' chats arrive without an order number, so the first reply is a question.
- Nights and weekends, nobody answers, and shoppers buy elsewhere.
- Chat, email and WhatsApp in three different places.
The fix
How Replyze fixes it
The AI answers what your articles cover
Shipping costs, delivery times and zones, the returns window, size guides, materials and care, and the product details you've written down, in the language the shopper writes in. The retail setup tells it never to invent stock levels, prices, discount codes or delivery dates: if your articles don't say, it says it doesn't know.
Order questions reach your team with the details
Replyze doesn't look up orders, so with the retail setup the AI says so, asks for the order number and the email used at checkout, and passes 'where's my order?' to your team. Return and exchange requests arrive with the item, the reason and photos of any damage.
Refunds, address changes and complaints go to a person
The AI never approves a refund, a return or an exchange, and never says an order change is done. It hands those chats to your team with everything already said, so nobody asks the shopper to repeat themselves.
Chat, email and WhatsApp in one inbox
On Pro and Business, store chats, emails and WhatsApp messages (through your own Meta app) land in one shared inbox, each with its whole history, and the AI answers on all of them. Instagram and Messenger are in beta.

Common questions
Not covered here? Ask in the chat on this page. It's the real Replyze widget: the AI answers right away, and our team picks up anything it can't.
Only from what your articles say. Replyze doesn't connect to your inventory, so keep availability notes (pre-orders, made-to-order times) in your articles. If the AI can't tell whether something is in stock, it says so and offers to have your team check, and with the retail setup it can take a back-in-stock request with the product, the size or colour and the shopper's email.
Those go to your team. Replyze can't see your orders, so with the retail setup the AI says so, asks for the order number and the email used at checkout, and hands the chat over with everything already said. Your team looks the order up in your store admin and replies on the same channel. Shipping times and return windows the AI answers from your articles.
Paste the Replyze snippet before </body>. On Shopify that means your theme.liquid file today; the Replyze app for Shopify is coming to the Shopify App Store. On WooCommerce, add it to your WordPress theme footer or with any plugin that inserts code before </body>. Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce and PrestaShop each have a step-by-step guide, and any other store works the same way if you can add a script.
The widget script is about 51 KB gzipped and loads asynchronously, so the browser keeps rendering your store while it downloads instead of waiting for it.
Yes. The Visitors page shows who is on your store right now and which page they're viewing, and your team can start a chat with them from there.
The AI doesn't change orders or approve returns. With the retail setup it collects the order number, the item, the reason and a photo of any damage, then hands the chat to your team, who run the return in your store admin.
