What it costs
The price difference, to scale
Crisp lists monthly prices, so this compares monthly billing. A team of up to 5 that wants WhatsApp needs Crisp Essentials ($95) or Replyze Pro ($69). Without WhatsApp, Crisp Mini at $45 costs less and includes about 90 automated conversations. From 6 to 10 people, Crisp Essentials costs less than Replyze Business ($199 a month, or $159 billed yearly).

See every planPro ($55/mo billed yearly): 5 seats, 1,000 AI replies a month.
Essentials: 10 seats, AI credits for about 450 automated conversations.
~$26 less every month on Replyze
AI units differ: a Replyze AI reply is one answer from the AI, while Crisp counts automated conversations.
What your visitors get
AI first, your team when it matters
Answers from your own help articles
The AI answers only from the articles you publish and the answers your team teaches it, in the visitor's language. When the answer isn't there, it says so instead of guessing.
A person when it matters
Visitors can tap “Talk to an agent” at any time, and topics your industry setup reserves for the team, such as refunds or complaints, go to a person. Your teammate sees the whole chat and replies in the same window.
Chat, email and messaging in one inbox
Web chat on every plan. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram on Pro and Business, with Messenger and Instagram in beta, all in one shared inbox.

FAQ
Questions about switching from Crisp
Not covered here? Ask in the chat on this page. It's the real Replyze widget: the AI answers from our own help articles, and you can ask for a person at any time.
Both include AI in the plan, counted differently. Crisp includes AI credits: on Mini, $5 of credits covers about 90 automated conversations. Replyze counts AI replies, each answer the AI sends: 1,000 a month on Pro, 5,000 on Business. Replyze's AI answers only from the articles you publish and the answers your team teaches it, says so when the answer isn't there, and hands the chat to your team when the visitor asks for a person. We haven't benchmarked the two, so we won't claim either answers better.
No. Replyze doesn't import past conversations. Export them from Crisp before you cancel and keep the export as your archive; new conversations start in Replyze.
Replyze is hosted in Germany, in a Hetzner data centre certified to ISO 27001. AI replies are generated by Anthropic in the USA under our DPA, so the text the AI answers is processed there. Crisp says its data is hosted on European servers.
Replyze is built for support conversations: an AI agent and a shared inbox for web chat, email, WhatsApp and Telegram, with Messenger and Instagram in beta. It has no SMS, LINE or Viber. If you rely on Crisp's campaigns or those channels, Crisp covers more today.
Paste the install snippet (two script tags) just before the closing body tag of your site. There are install guides for Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Next.js, Magento and other platforms. On WordPress, add it to your theme footer or with a plugin that inserts code before the closing body tag.
