Sound familiar?
- International expansion is bottlenecked by 'we'd need to hire someone who speaks the language.'
- You currently reply in English to non-English customers and feel rude.
- Translation tools work but break the chat flow — copy-paste back and forth.
- Multilingual hiring is genuinely hard at small scale.
- Customers in non-English markets churn faster because support feels foreign.
The fix
How Replyze fixes it
Replies in the visitor's language
Visitor writes in Italian, the AI replies in Italian, using the answers in your knowledge base. It finds those answers by matching words, so the articles your Italian visitors need most should exist in Italian too.
Your team can translate what visitors write
In the inbox, a Translate button on each message shows it in English (paid plans; each translation uses one AI reply). Replies go out as your teammate writes them, so reply in the visitor's language when you can.
No separate setup per language
No per-language model training. No 'enable Spanish' toggle. Same workflow handles every language a visitor types in.
Translate only the articles that matter
You don't have to translate all your help docs into 12 languages. Start with the articles behind your top questions, in the languages your visitors write in most; the AI replies in the visitor's language either way.
What to expect
What changes in the first weeks
Visitors get replies in the language they write in.

FAQ
Common questions
Not covered here? Ask in the chat on this page. It's the real Replyze widget: the AI answers right away, and our team picks up anything it can't.
For the vast majority of support questions: yes. Modern LLM translation handles informal customer support tone well; the edge cases are highly technical jargon (which is often kept in English even by native speakers). If the answer isn't in your articles, Replyze's AI says so rather than guessing, and the visitor can ask for a person at any time.
There's no switch for it today. The AI replies in the visitor's language; if you only serve certain markets, say so in the instructions you give your assistant and in your articles.
Yes, the AI replies in Arabic or Hebrew like any other language. The widget's layout stays left to right, though: the chat window doesn't mirror for right-to-left languages.
Add them as a teammate (Pro includes 5 seats, Business 15). Replyze doesn't route chats by language, so they pick up those conversations from the shared inbox and reply in the visitor's language directly; visitor sees no translation seam.
For the questions you get most in each language, yes. The AI replies in the visitor's language, but it finds answers by matching words in your articles, so an Italian question is answered most reliably by an article written in Italian. Start with your top questions and add languages as you see demand, one at a time.
