AI live chat for Shopify that answers "where is my order?"

Your AI agent answers shipping, sizing and returns questions from your help articles. With the Replyze app for Shopify it also looks up order status and stock in your store, and hands off to your team when a person is needed.

Why Replyze for Shopify

  • Order status from your store (Replyze app for Shopify): the AI replies with the status, carrier, tracking link and delivery estimate. Guests confirm with their order number and checkout email; signed-in customers don't type anything.
  • Stock and price answers from your live catalog (Replyze app for Shopify), per size or colour, with a link to the product.
  • Shipping times, returns and sizing come from your knowledge base, and the AI only answers from what you wrote there.
  • When it can't help (a new address, a refund, a complaint) the chat moves to your shared inbox with the whole conversation, next to email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
  • The script loads asynchronously, so it doesn't hold up your storefront while it renders.

How Replyze fits into Shopify

Shopify support has two halves: the questions before the sale (sizing, shipping, stock, the returns policy) and the questions after it (where's my order, how do I exchange this). Replyze answers the first half from your knowledge base: write your shipping times, returns policy and size guide once, and the AI answers from them, in the shopper's language.

The after-sale half needs your store's data, and that's what the Replyze app for Shopify adds. It's coming to the Shopify App Store. Once installed, the AI can look up an order and tell the shopper where it is: its status, the carrier, the tracking link and the delivery estimate. A guest proves the order is theirs with the order number and the email used at checkout; a customer signed in to your store doesn't have to type anything. The same app lets the AI check your live catalog when someone asks whether an item is in stock in their size. It reads orders and products only, never sees addresses or payment details, and can't change anything.

What the AI shouldn't do on its own, it doesn't: address changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints go to your team, in the shared inbox, with the whole conversation attached. With the app, that inbox is also inside your Shopify admin, and billing runs through your Shopify bill.

Until the app is live, installation is a one-time edit to theme.liquid: paste the snippet right before </body> and save.

Common questions about Shopify + Replyze

Yes. On any Online Store theme, including Shopify Plus stores, the install is the same: paste the snippet into theme.liquid. For headless setups (Hydrogen, Next.js + Storefront API), drop the snippet into your root layout as you would on any Next.js site (see our Next.js integration page).

Yes, with the Replyze app for Shopify, which is coming to the Shopify App Store. It gives the AI read-only access to your orders and products, so it can tell a shopper where their order is (status, carrier, tracking link, delivery estimate) and whether an item is in stock, per size or colour. It never sees customer addresses or payment details, and it can't change, cancel or refund an order. Those go to your team. With the theme.liquid snippet alone, the AI answers from your knowledge base.

The script loads asynchronously, so the browser keeps rendering your store while it downloads instead of waiting for it.

Right before the closing </body> tag in theme.liquid. This is the standard footer placement Shopify recommends for third-party scripts. Don't paste it into the head — async scripts work fine there, but the body placement keeps the install identical across themes.
