How Replyze fits into BigCommerce
BigCommerce's Script Manager (Storefront → Script Manager) is the cleanest path: Create a Script, set Location to Footer and Category to Essential, paste the snippet, save. The widget appears on every storefront page.
A BigCommerce-specific note: setting Category to Essential means the script loads even when a visitor declines analytics cookies — appropriate for a chat widget that users expect to be functional regardless of consent state. If you want the widget gated behind consent, change Category to Analytics or Functional.
