Replace wgt_YOUR_TOKEN_HERE with your widget token, or copy the snippet with your token already in it from Settings → Chat Widget → Install in your Replyze dashboard.

How Replyze fits into Ghost

Ghost's Site footer code injection is the standard place for third-party scripts: Ghost outputs that code before the closing </body> tag through the {{ghost_foot}} helper in your theme. Paste the Replyze snippet there, save, and the chat button appears on every post and page.

On publications with members and paid subscriptions, the chat shows for everyone, signed in or not. Replyze doesn't read Ghost membership, so if you want your team to see who is chatting, a theme developer can pass a signed-in member's name and email with Replyze.identify(email, name).

Yes. Code injection runs on every page Ghost renders, whatever the reader's member status. Replyze has no setting to show the widget only to members or only to visitors.
