Site-wide Footer code puts the chat on every published page, static or CMS-driven.

In practice
How Replyze fits into Webflow
Webflow has page-level and site-wide custom code. Page-level code runs only on its page; the Footer code in Site settings runs on every published page and appears before the closing </body> tag, which is where a chat widget belongs.
Site-wide custom code needs an active paid Site plan, or a Core, Growth, Agency or Freelancer Workspace plan; the free Starter plan alone isn't enough. Its effects show in preview and comment modes, but go live only when you publish.
The widget's appearance is configured in your Replyze dashboard, not in Webflow: primary colour, left or right position, light or dark theme, greeting and assistant photo. Changes show on your Webflow site without republishing.
If you've limited the widget to certain domains in Replyze (Allowed domains in your widget settings), add your custom domain and your webflow.io staging address. Webflow's preview runs on a canvas.webflow.com address, so the chat won't connect there unless you allow that too.
What visitors on Webflow get
AI first, your team when it matters
Answers from your own help articles
The AI replies in the visitor's language from the articles you publish and the answers your team teaches it. If the answer isn't there, it says so instead of guessing.
A person when it matters
Visitors can ask for a person at any time, and topics your industry setup marks for the team, such as refunds and complaints, are handed over too. The teammate replies in the same chat, with the whole conversation in front of them.
Chat, email and messaging in one inbox
Web chat on every plan. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram on Pro and Business, with Messenger and Instagram in beta, all in one shared inbox.
FAQ
Webflow + Replyze, answered
Site-wide. Page-level custom code runs only on the page you add it to; the Footer code in Site settings runs on every published page, which is what a chat widget needs.
No. Custom code is separate from the CMS and from Apps. It does need an active paid Site plan, or a Core, Growth, Agency or Freelancer Workspace plan.
Not on the canvas. Webflow runs custom code in preview and comment modes, and on your live site once you publish, including your webflow.io staging address.
Yes, within the widget settings: in your Replyze dashboard, under Settings → Chat Widget, set the primary colour, left or right position, light or dark theme, greeting and assistant photo. The text on your brand colour switches between light and dark automatically so it stays readable.
