Add the snippet with Wix's built-in Custom Code setting, on all pages.

In your Wix dashboard, go to Settings and open Custom Code, in the Development & integrations section.

How Replyze fits into Wix
Custom Code is Wix's built-in way to add a third-party script without an app. Paste the Replyze snippet there, choose All pages so it loads on every page, and Body - end so it sits at the end of the page.
Custom Code needs a published site with a connected domain, and connecting a domain needs a Wix Premium plan (a Studio plan for sites built in Wix Studio). It runs only on the published site, not in the editor. If you later assign a different domain to your site, Wix deletes your code snippets, so add the Replyze snippet again.
Wix treats custom code as essential by default, so your cookie banner doesn't hold it back. If your consent policy needs the chat to wait, change that on the snippet's Code Type tab.
The widget's look is set in your Replyze dashboard (colour, left or right position, light or dark theme, greeting, assistant photo), so you won't need to open Custom Code again after the first install. If you've limited the widget to certain domains in Replyze (Allowed domains in your widget settings), add your Wix domain there.

No. Custom Code is set for the whole site, so editing pages or publishing changes leaves it in place. It goes only if you delete the entry, or if you assign a different domain to the site: Wix deletes custom code then.
